Cath/EP/IR Tech Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 26-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts consist of 4 × 10 hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. The shifts will be during the AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath/EP/IR Tech to join our team. This position requires proficiency in catheterization procedures, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology. Candidates will be responsible for assisting with procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• Monitor patient status during procedures and respond to potential complications.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid certification as RCES, RCIS, or ARRT with proficiency in all three required modalities.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Pediatric experience is a significant advantage.
• Credentialing documents must be submitted one week prior, including PA fingerprints and PA child abuse form.
