Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3x12 Nights (18:45 - 07:15) with required weekend coverage every other week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be willing to float to various units based on their skill set and is required to have prior experience working with the EPIC medication system.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Administer medications and manage patient treatments effectively.
• Manage patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform various nursing procedures, including IV therapy, central line management, and colostomy care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a nursing role.
• Active TN RN license or multi-state license.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with teaching and community hospital settings preferred.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.
