Oncology RN - Infusion Center

4x10 Days from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM; every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Oncology RN in the Infusion Center will be responsible for the administration of chemotherapy, electrolytes, and blood products to patients. This position is connected to an oncology urgent care facility for add-on patients or provider assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and management of oncology patients.
• Administer chemotherapy, electrolytes, and blood products.
• Monitor patients for side effects and manage symptoms.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care.
• Perform phlebotomy and care for central lines and ports.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology and infusion.
• Active RN license in MD or Compact License.
• BLS certification required; Chemo (ONS/ONCC) certification preferred.
