Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 (Every Other Weekend / As Needed)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department will provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective patient-centered care during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the emergency department.
• Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department.
