Licensed Provider (LD) - 13 Week Contract Position

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with a total of 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed per week. Weekend shifts will be determined by the facility.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Provider (LD) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must adhere to strict background check standards and be prepared for immediate placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with best practices and protocols.
• Assist with medical procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions and care provided accurately and promptly.
• Respond to medical emergencies following established procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent LD experience within the last 12 months is required.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license for residency verification.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, AFM, NRP from approved vendors.
