Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Arizona

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, guaranteed 24 hours per week, with a total of 36 hours scheduled. Please note that Banner is permitted to cancel 1 shift.

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 24 months of recent labor and delivery experience in the last 12 months. Candidates must adhere to strict background check standards and meet the compliance requirements set forth by the facility. Navy scrubs are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the labor and delivery department.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Assist in childbirth procedures and support mothers during labor.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of labor and delivery experience.
• Current Arizona LPN license with no hits on practice.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Active certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), AFM.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
