Saturday to Monday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM. No call required, with 4 to 5 late shifts per 6-week period available.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Operating Room/Surgery unit. This role requires a Weekend Charge Nurse who can offer flexibility and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing patient care during surgeries across various specialties, including Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, Oncology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, and GYN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide nursing staff during surgical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Provide direct patient care and maintain patient safety during operations.
• Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Certification for Certified Surgical Technicians (CST) is mandatory.
• Experience in Neuro/Spine for the Cardiac service line is required.
• Prior experience in multiple service lines such as orthopedic, neuro, general, and robotic is preferred.
