Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with weekend rotation.

Job Description

Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality care in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU). This position requires a commitment to patient-focused care, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality healthcare to critically ill patients.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain patient documentation using Meditech.
• Utilize strong critical thinking skills to evaluate patient condition and respond accordingly.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2-3 years of ICU experience.
• Active RN license in Texas (TEMP LICENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred.
