Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Rotating weekends, No on-call required.

Job Description

Join our dynamic Emergency Room team as a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, supporting various emergency procedures and collaborating with an experienced healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Perform procedures including EKGs, airway support, splinting, and trauma assists.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Assist in behavioral health de-escalation and treatment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS.
• Experience with trauma care preferred.
• Familiarity with MEDITECH EMR is advantageous.
