Travel Electrophysiology Technician

Shift: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

The Travel Electrophysiology Technician will support electrophysiology procedures in a fast-paced environment. The technician will be responsible for scrub and monitoring during EP cases, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals in the lab.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and monitor electrophysiology cases including pacemakers, ICDs, ablations, LAAOs, and cardioversions.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety throughout procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with cardiology and lab staff.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system (Cerner) accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2+ years of Electrophysiology Technician experience required.
• RCIS, RCES, or RT certification required.
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience is a plus.
