What do you love most about your role?
What I love most is getting to talk to nurses about real life, not just jobs. I love listening, building genuine relationships, and being someone my nurses know they can count on. I may be behind the scenes, but knowing that I can help make someone’s life a little better, support their career, and be part of something bigger is incredibly rewarding.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
I bring a strong work ethic, dedication, and a genuine desire to help people. I believe in showing up every day and giving my best. I work hard to understand what each nurse is looking for and make sure they feel heard, supported, and valued.
What motivates you each day?
I’m proving to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to. I always wanted to make a difference in people's lives and although I don't save lives inside the hospital, I’ve realized I can contribute in a completely different way. But truly, I want to build a life for myself and family.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
I’m a failed nurse! 😂 I actually went to nursing school after completing all of my prerequisites, made it through two days, and then dropped out. I’m also absolutely terrified of needles! Somehow, everything happened for a reason because I ended up finding a career that I absolutely love.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
I do love me a nice car drive with the windows down and the music up! I like food and chocolate.
