Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation unit. As an RN in this capacity, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric and adult patients, focusing on rehabilitation treatments and recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVs and blood transfusions as required.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient health and assess progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license.
• Experience in rehabilitation preferred but not required.
