Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in our Bay Area ICU. The ideal candidate will possess critical skills and be adept in working with complex patient situations. Join a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Perform essential procedures such as intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, and ICP monitoring.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment, including vents, swans, Impellas, and balloon pumps.
• Monitor patient progress and advocate for patient needs within a team-based environment.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and best practice guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
• Previous ICU experience is required; Level 1 or 2 trauma experience and CV surgery experience are preferred.
