Job Description

Join our dynamic float unit as a Registered Nurse. You will be working in a multidisciplinary environment focused on patient care and rehabilitation. As a float nurse, you will adapt to various departments as needed, providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients across various units.
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and reactions to therapies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in a float or varied setting preferred.
• CPR certification and any additional certifications as required by the unit.
