Surgical Technologist - Operating Room

Evening shift from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 3-12 hour shifts per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of trauma experience to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, and able to handle high-stress situations while scrubbing for various specialties including Neuro, Robotics, General, GU/GYN, Pediatrics, Trauma, and open Vascular surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing for Neuro surgeries including craniotomy
• Assisting in Robotics and General Surgery procedures
• Scrubbing for GU/GYN, Pediatrics, Trauma, and open Vascular cases
• Participating in one overnight call for Trauma, adhering to specialty team call schedules
• Maintaining sterile environment and ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functional

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of trauma experience in an Operating Room setting
• CST certification required
• Experience with Neuro, General Surgery, GU/GYN, Pediatrics, Trauma, and open Vascular preferred
• Ability to handle various surgical specialties and adapt as needed
