Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Specialist RN to join our team. This role involves providing psychiatric and substance use assessments for adults and adolescents in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evaluation and assessment techniques, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and substance use assessments.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document findings accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric or substance use assessment.
• Current RN licensure in Indiana is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Health and Wellness Coach (HWC) certification.
