Day shift, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. No weekends required.

Job Description

The Hyperbaric Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care for patients requiring hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBOT). Responsibilities include operating all ancillary equipment related to HBOT, adhering to safety guidelines including those from the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and providing individualized wound care in collaboration with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hyperbaric chambers and ancillary equipment.
• Ensure routine cleansing and upkeep of hyperbaric chambers.
• Participate in emergency procedures and drills.
• Provide quality wound care and patient education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid MD or compact LPN license.
• Advanced certification in hyperbaric treatment recognized by UHMS.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates holding CHT or CHRN certifications.
