Ultrasound Technologist

This position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of recent experience in ultrasound specialization and be proficient in operating ultrasound equipment and understanding the results.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assess patient conditions.
• Ensure high-quality imaging for accurate results.
• Maintain equipment and manage inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to interpret results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ultrasound technology.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• ARDMS certification required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Holiday Expectations

The successful candidate must be willing to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
