Schedule

This position involves a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, working 4 - 9 hour shifts during the day, along with a weekend call rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASU/PACU Registered Nurse who possesses a strong background in either Ambulatory Surgery Units (ASU), Post-Anesthesia Care Units (PACU), or Critical Care units. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dedicated healthcare team while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the ASU/PACU setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding post-operative care and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of two years of experience in an ASU/PACU or Critical Care unit.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
