Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule

Evening Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a requirement to work on Christmas.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, ensuring their health, function, and quality of life throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Must be able to work with a patient ratio of 1:7.
