Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. This role focuses on providing specialized care to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injuries, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records using EHR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
