MRI Tech - Cardiac Imaging Specialist

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - Dayshift, 4-10 hr shifts

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRI Tech with cardiac imaging competency to join our imaging team. This role requires the ability to perform various MRI procedures, including those with anesthesia, and to respond to STAT imaging requests on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures with proficiency, focusing on cardiac imaging when applicable.
• Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
• Participate in weekend call rotation for STAT imaging requests.
• Potential to float to outpatient imaging center as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of MRI Tech experience.
• Certification with AART is required.
• Experience with Cerner EHR is a must.
