Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Unit. This unit specializes in high-acuity patient care, utilizing advanced equipment and technology to deliver optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor and manage arterial lines, venous/arterial sheaths, and vasopressor drips.
• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Perform procedures such as bedside central line placement and participate in massive transfusion protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
• ACLS certification required.
• NIH Certification preferred.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
