Call Center Position

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM, working four ten-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. The on-call rotation is every fifth weekend (Friday to Sunday) and one day a week.

Job Description

The Call Center position involves managing patient interactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring patient information is handled securely. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries professionally.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to patients as needed.
• Participate in on-call duties as scheduled.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must complete Trinity’s required onboarding forms and health screenings.
• Completion of competency testing specific to the role.
• Valid professional licensure or certification in the relevant field if applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
