Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Every Other Weekend

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency care and must be committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires quick thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
• Assist in emergency procedures and interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 3 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility.
• Current New Jersey RN License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS Certification from the American Heart Association.
