MRI Technologist - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. This position involves working a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour night shifts, with no on-call duties and 1-2 weekends per month. The ideal candidate must be flexible with their schedule and ready to start within the next week.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with a focus on patient care and safety.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
• Execute prescribed imaging examinations accurately and efficiently.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid ARRT or ARMRIT license with advanced MRI licensure.
• Experience with Philips MRI systems is highly preferred; strong candidates without this experience may be considered.
• A minimum of 1 year of MRI experience is required, preferably in a teaching hospital.
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is mandatory.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts, with a mix of 8-hour shifts as needed.
• Availability for 1-2 weekends per month is required.
