CVOR Technician - Days 4x10 Schedule

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Technician for a 13-week contract position. This role requires expertise in scrub techniques for all cardiac procedures. The CVOR Technician will work in a highly specialized cardiothoracic and vascular operating room, performing a variety of procedures, including CABG and robotic surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in for all cardiac procedures, including complex surgeries.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and following aseptic techniques.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in the management of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of recent CVOR experience.
• Current Washington State Licensure in hand.
• BLS certification required.
• Certification from NBSTSA or ASATT preferred.

Schedule

This position requires a day shift schedule, working four 10-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM. On-call duties are required once a week, including one weekend every six weeks.
