Physical Therapist - Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 5x8 Hours (08:00 - 17:00) with some Saturday shifts required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to adults and geriatric patients, addressing a range of conditions including post-operative care, spinal conditions, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Alaska Physical Therapist License (or pending license accepted).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
