This is a 15-week contract position.

Schedule

Night Shift from 18:30 to 07:00, three twelve-hour shifts weekly (36 hours).

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide continuous airway management and ventilator support. Responsibilities include physician consulting, CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care, including both ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous airway management and support.
• Manage ventilator and non-invasive ventilator patients.
• Conduct physician consultations and perform CPR as required.
• Oversee all aspects of respiratory care for various patient populations including adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License.
• Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care.
• Experience caring for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exception is required prior to the start date.
• Must arrive by the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment.
