Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory tests on patient samples, ensuring accurate and timely results for diagnostic purposes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Hematology, Blood Bank, and Chemistry, and will play a vital role in patient care across all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all established protocols and safety procedures.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Document results and communicate findings to appropriate healthcare staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a State MLT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience is preferred.
• Experience with MedHost and Safe Trace is a plus.
