Job Description

The Licensed Respiratory Therapist will function under the supervision of the cardiopulmonary director or supervisor, providing essential cardiopulmonary care in general patient areas. Advanced patient care responsibilities may also be assigned as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic cardiopulmonary care to patients
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Adhere to all relevant protocols and standards
• Maintain patient records using the Epic system

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist, registered with the board for respiratory care
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Experience using Epic charting system
