Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patients’ conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 4 years of ICU experience.
• Current New Jersey RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred.
