Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of patient care while demonstrating teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Monitor patient health and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Utilize communication boards and other tools to enhance patient interaction.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Medical-Surgical experience, particularly with respiratory, renal, and gastrointestinal diseases.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with telemetry, central venous catheters, and indwelling catheters is preferred.
