Travel RN - Med Surg 2S - Stroke Unit

Night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Description

The Travel RN will provide high-quality nursing care for patients in the Med Surg 2S - Stroke Unit. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering appropriate treatment while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Florida state or multistate RN license.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg RN experience required.
• Experience in stroke care must be included in submission.
