Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This position is for a night shift, working from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during the night shift. Duties will include assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document patient care and progress in the medical records accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and have previous experience in a clinical setting.
