Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role involves providing specialized treatment and therapy to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. You will work collaboratively with a team to maximize patient health, functionality, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies and techniques.

Required Experience

Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of inpatient experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF), skilled nursing facility (SNF), or acute care setting. New graduates are not eligible for this position.

Benefits

This is a 13-week contract position with guaranteed weekly hours. Opportunities for weekend hours are available as needed.
