Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and support. Ideal candidates will demonstrate teamwork, compassion, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 30-bed unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including those with respiratory, renal, and gastrointestinal diseases.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize medical equipment effectively, including IV pumps and SCDs.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation using Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Advanced skills in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
