Registered Nurse - Med/Tele - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights - 12-hour shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM. Options for 36 or 48 hours per week are available. Must work 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. 1 holiday per contract is also required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in the West 7 Med/Tele Complex Care unit, which consists of 37 beds. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medication, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Required Experience

• 1 year of recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.

Required Licensure and Certifications

• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification

Additional Information

Candidates must be flexible with scheduling according to the needs of the facility. While block booking may be requested, it is not guaranteed. Floatation to other units may be required, and candidates must be open to working charge roles. Training will be provided if necessary. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
