Registered Nurse - Med-Surg Ortho

This is a 13-week contract position with a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on the 4West Med-Surg Ortho unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, managing a patient ratio of 1:5 during their shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to med-surg ortho patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a med-surg or orthopedic setting preferred
• BLS certification required
