This position operates on a shift from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description

Join our team as a Community Support Professional, working with individuals with Mental Health (MH) and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This is a PRN position with guaranteed hours up to 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based support to individuals facing mental health and developmental challenges.
• Assist individuals in daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Implement treatment plans and interventions as directed.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must have relevant experience working with individuals with MH/IDD. Specific licensure or certifications may be required depending on the role's responsibilities.
