8-hour days, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in an acute care setting. The OT will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to help improve their daily living and working skills. This role requires strong clinical skills and an ability to work with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' functional capabilities.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve patients’ quality of life.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient experience in an acute care facility.
• Current California Occupational Therapy license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience.
• Experience with EPIC software.
