Inpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week, with a requirement to be open to working one weekend per month (Saturday/Sunday).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services for a variety of patient populations, including Med Surg, Orthopedics, General Medical, and Neurologic cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to assist patients in achieving optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of recent experience in an acute care facility.
• Active California Physical Therapist License.
• BLS Certification.
• Prior acute care experience is a must.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
