Outpatient Physical Therapist - New Grad

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist who is a new graduate to evaluate patients and develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. This role requires the therapist to ensure the delivery of quality therapy services, educate patients and families, and adhere to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and guidelines.
• Supervise and educate students during their clinical rotations, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development, maintaining licensure and pursuing continuing education.
• Foster a safe environment for both patients and coworkers, adhering to safety protocols in all aspects of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule with a standard commitment of 40 hours per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• At least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Current professional licensure in good standing as a Physical Therapist.
