Physical Therapist - Outpatient Services

Schedule

8-hour day shifts, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient care focusing on pelvic health, general orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and gait/balance training. The clinician will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity expectations, with a target of 60 visits per week.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and participate in team meetings.
• Float to other clinics as required, primarily working in Hamburg.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.
• Active PT license required.
