Multi-Modality Physical Therapist Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift is Monday to Friday, with days preferred as 8 hours, but may consider a 4x10 hour schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a multi-modality Physical Therapist to work in a variety of settings including home health, outpatient, and acute care. The candidate will be required to travel to various facilities within a 60-mile radius and conduct home health visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans across multiple settings.
• Work effectively with a diverse patient population, including post-operative, sports injury, and geriatric cases.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Strong general experience in physical therapy with outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings is a plus.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
