Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - Day Shift

This position is set for a 12-hour day shift on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Job Description

We are seeking committed candidates for a role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This opportunity offers guaranteed hours of 36 per week and is available for an immediate start. Candidates may be considered for contracts of either 8 or 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Assist in treatment plans and evaluations as necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with patients and their families.
• Document patient progress and report any changes in condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Current and valid licensure as required for the position.
• Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility.
