10-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday; hours may vary due to departmental needs.

Job Description

Join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team, working in a multidisciplinary setting that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. Our department specializes in various therapies, including lymphedema, vestibular rehabilitation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient outcomes and adjust treatment as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Lymphedema certification is required.
