Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions for the general outpatient population. This role requires flexibility to float or split between various clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
