Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Ashland, OR. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a general outpatient patient population, providing high-quality therapy services and care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and customize treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and adjust as necessary based on patient progress.
• Document patient care and treatment progress in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout therapy sessions.
• Float and work at additional clinics as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• First-time travelers are also encouraged to apply.
