Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. This role includes a range of responsibilities focused on providing quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor patient status and report changes as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must possess relevant certifications and experience in healthcare. Specific licensure requirements will be determined based on role responsibilities.
